I always say, “Hey, the guys in jail don’t drink protein shakes! And look at their GAINs!” Do what can be done and nothing more. Don’t stress yourself. One thing at a time is good and works well. The goal here is to take one step at a time until you can combine each step to unite into one Healthy Relationship with YOUR Nutrition. 

This can take days, weeks, months and even years to accomplish. Your relationship with your nutrition is just like any other relationship. You are getting to know each other. The next phase of the relationship is communication and understanding, and soon falling in love with one another. Give yourself and Nutrition a REAL chance to survive and thrive.
