This means there was either a purge sweep because your next phase and theirs are not for now, for this season, or for never evermore.
Releasing those expectations of what it was supposed to look like, as you already know isn't going to be good for self in the long run.
As you prepare for 2024, please look at what worked in your business and your love life/relationships in 2023. Consider going deeper, not wider.
Focus and enjoy the wonderful things that have worked out and ask yourself 'In keeping this,' how can I go deeper and how can I expand this one thing?'
If it's something that can use processing and healing then this is the space for you.
In not yet trying anything new. Just visiting with the peace within your current structure and amplifying it.
How can this serve you? Or do you want something new to step into?
