Refund policy

All sales are final.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

If a scheduled session is canceled at least 12 hours in advance, the session payment will be issued as a credit to be used toward a future session. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the designated timeframe provided.

If a session is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, or if the client does not attend the session, the payment is forfeited and considered a loss. No credits will be issued.

There are no exceptions to this policy.
No grace periods, extensions, or special considerations are offered.

This policy exists to:

• maintain clean boundaries

• honor time, preparation, and energetic stewardship

• ensure fairness and consistency for all participants

By booking a session or enrolling in a container, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
